yourself using our in-branch Self'Bank machines!

20 euro and 50 euro notes.

Day-to-day banking
- Withdraw money using your bank or credit card.
ING customers can withdraw 5 euro, 20 euro and 50 euro notes. You
can withdraw up to 40 notes per transaction.
- Deposit cash on your ING account.
- View the balance of your ING accounts and print
account statements.
- Make domestic and European bank transfers.
- Manage your direct debits and standing
orders.
- Manage your ING Card, your permanent reserve,
your Flexis account, etc.
Managing your bank cards
- Change the PIN on your bank and credit
cards.
- Manage the Proton electronic purse on your bank
card and adjust your expenditure limits.
- Reactivate a blocked bank card.
- Follow up the transactions of your credit
card(s).

Practicalities
How to deposit money via Self'Bank?
With the Cash In/Cash
Out machines stort u nu ook makkelijk contant geld op uw
ING-rekening.
you can now easily deposit cash on your
ING account.
How does it work?
- Choose the "deposit money" option on the
Self'Bank screen.
- Choose the ING account you want to deposit the
money on (current or savings account).
- Deposit the money in the slot and follow the
instructions. You can deposit up to 140 notes per transaction.
- Your money is immediately counted and the amount
of your deposit appears on the screen.
- You validate the counted amount and receive a
deposit receipt. As long as you haven't validated the deposited
amount, you can interrupt the transaction at any time and retrieve
the deposited notes.
